Kenora's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aurora the free kick. After 45 played minutes Kenora got a freekick which was hit by Cole Geiger. Rhett Mullins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Aurora's Russell Gingras shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-4 in the ordered_time% minute. The Kenora players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aurora were winning 2-4.
