If Omer Wise had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 10 minutes into the match, Craigend FC's goal looked a bit too open when Robt Hansen came free, but Abel Laforge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robt Hansen in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robt Hansen to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Craigend FC's Reed Brunault got a free kick in the 54th minute. Abel Laforge acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 55th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Nolan Bloom. 58 minutes into the match, Craigend FC's goalkeeper Abel Laforge had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Omer Wise. The supporters of Craigend FC booed when Sointula was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Veilleux didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rdth minute of the game Quinn Burnette who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sointula's Parker Haley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Sointula's Mathew Wiggins got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Quinn Burnette had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Quinn Burnette managed to get in a good position for a shot. Craigend FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Quinn Burnette was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Parker Haley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edgard McNamara hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After 74 minutes, Cordell Daoust mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Craigend FC and the Sointula players grew even worse after the yellow card. 73 minutes into the game, one of Craigend FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 76 minutes, Sointula's Nolan Bloom got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Abel Laforge. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omer Wise got free with Abel Laforge in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Parker Haley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinn Burnette in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Quinn Burnette cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Parker Haley was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Arlen Moreland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Craigend FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arlen Moreland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Parker Haley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arlen Moreland struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Parker Haley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Craigend FC. Russel Coronado hit a great ball. Arlen Moreland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Parker Haley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
