Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robt Hansen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moses Sorensen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Parker Haley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodolfo Serrano in the 23rd minute of play. Rodolfo Serrano struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Parker Haley didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmarol. Parker Haley took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Serrano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Lowell McCray notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sointula's Parker Haley. Parker Haley was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The wind increased when Lowell McCray made the kick off in the second half. The referee ignored Sointula's protests and gave Russel Coronado a yellow card for diving instead. Russel Coronado kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sointula's zone, Rodolfo Serrano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Parker Haley came out of the goal and Rodolfo Serrano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Serrano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Parker Haley having to interfere. Lowell McCray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Parker Haley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Sointula's zone, Lowell McCray stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Parker Haley came out of the goal and Lowell McCray tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Russel Coronado was shown his second yellow card after 87 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 88th minute, Russel Coronado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omer Wise sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Rodolfo Serrano came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Palmarol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodolfo Serrano couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Lowell McCray dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Parker Haley, 0-3. When the match was over Palmarol could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sointula throughout the match.
