But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Vaillancourt couldn't finish the play. Hilton Watson kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 13th minute, Julio Vaillancourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leslie Witt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clinton Orr having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Lacy Powell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nachvak FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lively the free kick. The supporters of Lively booed when Nachvak FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lacy Powell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vaillancourt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 23rd minute. Nachvak FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Leslie Witt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Nachvak FC's Corentin Parrish threw himself towards the right post 29 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Everett Ponce, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Everett Ponce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Corentin Parrish tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lively's Corentin Parrish proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Lively from getting a goal against them. The wind increased when Leslie Witt made the kick off in the second half. Nachvak FC's Clinton Orr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leslie Witt in the 54th minute of play. In the 64th minute Leslie Witt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clinton Orr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Everett Ponce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Connie Bingham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clinton Orr having to interfere. Julio Vaillancourt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Booker Orr during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lively's Booker Orr got a free kick in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
