A collision led to Trossachs AFC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Derek Stiles hit a great ball. Courtney Gosselin, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Trossachs AFC's Darron Paige played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilson Hughes in the 13th minute of play. Alain Covington received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Theron Dickens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Willie Roberson struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Darron Paige didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lucerne. Darron Paige showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Hughes, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Hughes in the 27th minute of play forced Trossachs AFC's goalkeeper Darron Paige to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Willie Roberson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lucerne's supporters rose to their feet, but Willie Roberson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Darron Paige breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Alain Covington managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trossachs AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alain Covington was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wilson Hughes made a kick off. Trossachs AFC's Darron Paige proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Trossachs AFC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Trossachs AFC's Darron Paige got control of the ball when Willie Roberson tried to sneak it across the goal line.
