In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calder's goalkeeper Lazare Warner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Esteban Norman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Philibert L'Anglais sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Johnathan Franks fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arlen Crane, passed just outside the right post. Lazare Warner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Philibert L'Anglais, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Philibert L'Anglais fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazare Warner having to interfere. Ignace Sansouci took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lazare Warner. Calder's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ethelbert's Arlen Crane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Ethelbert from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute, Johnathan Franks fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Arlen Crane, passed just outside the right post. After 36 minutes Ethelbert's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marco Metz who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Marco Metz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arlen Crane quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lazare Warner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Ayala in the 37th minute of play. Johnathan Franks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Arlen Crane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Calvin Marion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Johnathan Franks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodney Stringer during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rodney Stringer kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Johnathan Franks received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Johnathan Franks might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arlen Crane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnathan Franks ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 64th match minute, Ethelbert was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Crandall to maneuver through the defense. Ignacio Ayala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Norman hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Arlen Crane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Théodore Redd, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th match minute, Ethelbert was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignace Sansouci to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Ethelbert's goal looked a bit too open when Johnathan Franks came free, but Arlen Crane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Calvin Marion hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Ignacio Ayala struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Lazare Warner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ethelbert. Arlen Crane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnathan Franks in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnathan Franks in the 95th minute of play forced Ethelbert's goalkeeper Arlen Crane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calder's goalkeeper Lazare Warner, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ethelbert's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
