Romain McNeal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cesaire Renaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesaire Renaud in the 15th minute of play forced Commanda AFC's goalkeeper Romain McNeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romain McNeal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesaire Renaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Keven Stratton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keven Stratton blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Romain McNeal having to make a save. Commanda AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cesaire Renaud 23 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. With his leg Romain McNeal managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Beaverdam FC's Keven Stratton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trent Hinkle couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Commanda AFC's Romain McNeal got control of the ball when Keven Stratton tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Cesaire Renaud sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Commanda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cesaire Renaud came free, but Romain McNeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Trent Hinkle in the 62nd minute of play forced Beaverdam FC's goalkeeper Raul Yoder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raul Yoder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trent Hinkle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lynn Loomis hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Trent Hinkle got free in front of the goal in the 66th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Raul Yoder was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Beaverdam FC's zone, Trent Hinkle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raul Yoder came out of the goal and Trent Hinkle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Winford Coffey kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Cesaire Renaud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Romain McNeal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romain McNeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keven Stratton in the 82nd minute of the match. Raul Yoder made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Emmett Lyons sent off a good shot on target. Trent Hinkle was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Commanda AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Diego Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Beaverdam FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Commanda AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
