Spectators: 6743 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kelvin Maurer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Darryl Hutchins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barton Winter having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicodème Denton during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Nicodème Denton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benedict Allain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Luke Bauer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cletus Felder came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Barton Winter could save by the left post. Barton Winter made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Cletus Felder sent off a good shot on target. In the 23rd match minute, Labelle AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugene Villa to maneuver through the defense. In the 35thth minute of the game Darryl Hutchins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chatfield FC's Barton Winter was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Chatfield FC booed when Labelle AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geraldo Cash didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Labelle AFC! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darryl Hutchins to strike the kick off in the second half. Cletus Felder's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barton Winter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Darryl Hutchins in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Barton Winter saved Chatfield FC from getting behind. 68 minutes into the game, one of Labelle AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Benedict Allain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kelvin Maurer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luke Bauer having to interfere. Benedict Allain who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Luke Bauer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 82 in the game by Benedict Allain from a close distance when the talented Luke Bauer managed to make a qualified save. Labelle AFC's players were relieved. 90 minutes into the match, Labelle AFC's goalkeeper Luke Bauer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benedict Allain. Barton Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cletus Felder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kelvin Maurer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Chatfield FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chatfield FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
