The Wings fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Wings's Justin Callahan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 18th minute, Justin Callahan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romain McNeal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Justin Callahan in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes in the game, Justin Callahan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Romain McNeal having to interfere. In the 28th match minute, Commanda AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alain Krueger to maneuver through the defense. Winford McClure's late challenge caught a Commanda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Winford McClure helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Wings getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Winford McClure hit a great ball. Jean Sylvester sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Commanda AFC booed when Wings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donald Duran didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Mathew Arnold could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Romain McNeal however easily saved by the left post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Emmett Lyons could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Eldridge Burke made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justin Callahan in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romain McNeal saved Commanda AFC from getting behind. If Emmett Lyons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Romain McNeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathew Arnold in the 83rd minute of the match. If Mathew Arnold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Commanda AFC's Lyman AyotHayot got a free kick in the 86th minute. Romain McNeal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justin Callahan's shot from short distance in the 87th minute.
