Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Elden Bacon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Homer Pritchard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Arturo Prater tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Armand-Lavergne's goal looked a bit too open when Freeman Moody came free, but Arturo Prater reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Beardmore AFC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Cyrille Audet hit a great ball. Arturo Prater showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cyrille Audet, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Armand-Lavergne's Randell Burgess got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Homer Pritchard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beardmore AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Homer Pritchard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Prater breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brain Bourdette charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brain Bourdette the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernardo Marrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elden Bacon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Armand-Lavergne's Curtis Adair sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Marrero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 37 minutes, Elden Bacon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Armand-Lavergne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elden Bacon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Elden Bacon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Marrero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. If Elden Bacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Freeman Moody made a kick off. If Modesto Little had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 played minutes Beardmore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Jarvis Grandpré. In the 58th minute, Beardmore AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Elden Bacon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 62nd minute, Curtis Adair left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Armand-Lavergne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 66 minutes of play, Beardmore AFC's Freeman Moody made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Prater was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardo Marrero made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Elden Bacon sent off a good shot on target. Brain Bourdette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Marrero having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Curtis Adair managed to get in a good position for a shot. Armand-Lavergne's supporters rose to their feet, but Curtis Adair was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardo Marrero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elden Bacon in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernardo Marrero saved Beardmore AFC from getting behind. Brady Gagné blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernardo Marrero having to make a save.
