With a couple of smart ball manuevers Konstantinos Paltoudenios in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carson Burt saved Nuwata FC from getting behind. In the 20th minute, Māris Valtenbergs fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Carson Burt, passed just outside the right post. Carson Burt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantinos Paltoudenios, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Byron Tackett's late challenge caught a Jasper's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When the match clock showed 34 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Konstantinos Paltoudenios sped through Nuwata FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carson Burt. 43 minutes into the match, Māris Valtenbergs notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Nuwata FC's Carson Burt. Carson Burt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The Jasper fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0.
