In the 68th minute Alva Prather shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stan Bérard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stan Bérard was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Alva Prather capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alva Prather really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. Garret Belanger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Shad McGinnis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilario Kane in the 80th minute of play forced Sicamous FC's goalkeeper Shad McGinnis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Alva Prather quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Stan Bérard made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Lucius Lanteigne sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alva Prather in the 97th minute of play forced Climax FC's goalkeeper Stan Bérard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sicamous FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
