Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Roscoe Bériault started the match with the kick off. 14 minutes into the match, Ahmad Grayson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Long Roe. Midland AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmad Grayson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Long Roe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loren Ruiz in the 17th minute. When Malcom Guilmette got free in front of the goal in the 22nd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Wilburn Talbot was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 23rd minute Yann Ham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Roe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Midland AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Roscoe Bériault came free, but Long Roe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Midland AFC's Long Roe got control of the ball when Loren Ruiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, Coaticook's Yann Ham made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Long Roe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Malcom Guilmette sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malcom Guilmette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilburn Talbot having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Malcom Guilmette made the kick off in the second half. Midland AFC were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Coaticook's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Horacio Plante took the corner. After 55 minutes Coaticook's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Horacio Plante who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Midland AFC's corner Horacio Plante fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Wilburn Talbot quite easily take care of the ball. Midland AFC's Long Roe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roscoe Bériault in the 57th minute of play. Long Roe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roscoe Bériault in the 63rd minute of play. Long Roe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Loren Ruiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Roscoe Bériault shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Roe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Long Roe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roscoe Bériault in the 68th minute of the match. Raul Nichols hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute, Roscoe Bériault made a precise shot to the right of Long Roe. Midland AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Malcom Guilmette could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Wilburn Talbot made a huge save. Roscoe Bériault scored 6-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Long Roe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Roscoe Bériault took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Long Roe. Long Roe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. In the 87th minute Loren Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Roe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Long Roe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yann Ham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Yann Ham left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Coaticook fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Abe Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Lucius Courtemanche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Wilburn Talbot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Coaticook walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
