Spectators: 6806 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1806, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Deangelo Dodson made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, Brownsburg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben Cline to maneuver through the defense. Léo-Steel's Edgar Lafrenière couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Brownsburg. Odis Massey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Seymour Chatman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Odis Massey took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Seymour Chatman. Seymour Chatman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Léo-Steel getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Ivory Boyle hit a great ball. Deangelo Dodson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute Odis Massey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seymour Chatman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Lyndon Faulkner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Léo-Steel's supporters rose to their feet, but Lyndon Faulkner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seymour Chatman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lupe McCarty struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Jordan Dolan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brownsburg. When Odis Massey came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Léo-Steel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Odis Massey couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Lyndon Faulkner fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Odis Massey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Léo-Steel's supporters rose to their feet, but Odis Massey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seymour Chatman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Odis Massey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgar Lafrenière during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 63 played minutes Léo-Steel got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Lafrenière. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odis Massey in the 67th minute of play forced Brownsburg's goalkeeper Seymour Chatman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lyndon Faulkner kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 71stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Brownsburg's keeper Seymour Chatman was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Seymour Chatman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Odis Massey in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Odis Massey in the 80th minute of play forced Brownsburg's goalkeeper Seymour Chatman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Odis Massey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Lyndon Faulkner got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Brownsburg's zone, Odis Massey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seymour Chatman came out of the goal and Odis Massey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seymour Chatman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Odis Massey's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Léo-Steel played a much better game than Brownsburg and deserved their victory. The Brownsburg players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
