In the 5thth minute of the game Matthieu Baum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spondin's Jarrett Keene was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Buster Khan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Jarrett Keene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jarrett Keene made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Buster Khan sent off a good shot on target. Arden Savage received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Vespasien Woods tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd match minute, La Medusa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jon Stokes to maneuver through the defense. Spondin's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Matthieu Baum 27 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 34th minute Nicolas Trimble shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vespasien Woods saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Trimble's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vespasien Woods was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Arden Savage got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arden Savage recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Nicolas Trimble got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. La Medusa's Vespasien Woods played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arden Savage in the 48th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthieu Baum in the 53rd minute of play forced Spondin's goalkeeper Jarrett Keene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, La Medusa's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Trimble came free, but Vespasien Woods reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthieu Baum ran back to his position shaking his head. La Medusa's Vespasien Woods played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Trimble in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Buster Khan in the 94th minute of play forced Spondin's goalkeeper Jarrett Keene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
