Terence McGowan's late challenge caught a C.A. Los Ñandues's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Terence McGowan helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of HightVoltage FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of C.A. Los Ñandues:s goal. Earnest Garreau went to the wrong direction when Winford Sousa was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Quentin Willard managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A. Los Ñandues's supporters rose to their feet, but Quentin Willard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Earnest Garreau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 21 minutes, Odis Querry mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HightVoltage FC and the C.A. Los Ñandues players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, Odis Querry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quentin Willard blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Earnest Garreau having to make a save. Quentin Willard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Earnest Garreau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 33 played minutes HightVoltage FC got a freekick which was hit by Billie Brantley. Earnest Garreau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quentin Willard in the 34th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Quentin Willard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Tobias Kaplan fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A. Los Ñandues's protests and gave Tobias Kaplan a yellow card for diving instead. Ignace Norwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harvey Despins in the 48th minute of play. In the 48th minute, Harvey Despins made a precise shot to the right of Ignace Norwood. C.A. Los Ñandues's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The C.A. Los Ñandues players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. HightVoltage FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harvey Despins was the one to do the kick off. Ignace Norwood was a little too slow when Harvey Despins got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. Louis Mims received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Ignace Norwood tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harvey Despins received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ignace Norwood came out and tried to block the shot, but Harvey Despins slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the match, C.A. Los Ñandues's goalkeeper Ignace Norwood had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Louis Mims. In the 71st match minute, HightVoltage FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Hankins to maneuver through the defense. Quentin Willard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Earnest Garreau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gail Wilburn in the 83rd minute of play. C.A. Los Ñandues's Ignace Norwood played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harvey Despins in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harvey Despins in the 88th minute of play forced C.A. Los Ñandues's goalkeeper Ignace Norwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Callahan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. Los Ñandues's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HightVoltage FC the free kick. A collision led to C.A. Los Ñandues getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rodolfo Callahan hit a great ball. Earnest Garreau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gail Wilburn in the 97th minute of the match. After 98 minutes of play, C.A. Los Ñandues's Quentin Willard made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Earnest Garreau was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched HightVoltage FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
