In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garnish C's goalkeeper Dominique Sampson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Florencio Lawler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 16 minutes, Walton Deschênes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lazio Roma's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walton Deschênes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Romain Barry fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garnish C's protests and gave Romain Barry a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Garnish C getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Romain Barry hit a great ball. Garnish C's Dominique Sampson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Lawler in the 20th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Bradford Swift cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Villem Loodus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Florencio Lawler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dominique Sampson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Lawler in the 35th minute of play. Gilberto Leal's late challenge caught a Lazio Roma's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Leal helped the player get up and apologised. Gilberto Leal kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Florencio Lawler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Lazio Roma's Tim Basham got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Villem Loodus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Theirn Mixon in the 44th minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Lazio Roma got a freekick which was hit by Walton Deschênes. After the first half Garnish C were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Lawler to make the kick off. Archie Pagan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominique Sampson having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Lazio Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Coleman Coley came free, but Villem Loodus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute, Florencio Lawler made a precise shot to the right of Dominique Sampson. Garnish C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Florencio Lawler managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lazio Roma's supporters rose to their feet, but Florencio Lawler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dominique Sampson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dominique Sampson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Archie Pagan in the 70th minute of the match. Dominique Sampson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Archie Pagan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lazio Roma's Villem Loodus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Lazio Roma from getting a goal against them. Archie Pagan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dominique Sampson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Lawler in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Archie Pagan in the 85th minute of play forced Garnish C's goalkeeper Dominique Sampson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bradford Swift managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garnish C's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradford Swift was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Garnish C's Gilberto Leal got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Gilberto Leal off the ground. In the 95th minute, Gilberto Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Lazio Roma's Tim Basham tried to score from far away in the 95th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.
