In the 47th minute, Isidore Dubeau reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dewayne Olson. The goal made the score 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Francesco Margand's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dewayne Olson was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. In the 90th match minute, Tlell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augustin Sansouci to maneuver through the defense. Jc Combs, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Isidore Dubeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
