Lucas Williamson kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. If Douglass Jeffers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 minutes, Benedict Hyatt made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Gaskiers's Jarvis Robinson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Douglass Jeffers in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jarvis Robinson saved Gaskiers from getting behind. Douglass Jeffers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jarvis Robinson having to make a save. After some careless play in the Gaskiers defense, Benedict Hyatt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarvis Robinson. The Gaskiers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarvis Robinson should have stopped the shot. Lindsay Figueroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikel Fisher having to interfere. Lindsay Figueroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Mikel Fisher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Real Vancouver Club getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Lucas Williamson hit a great ball. Lane Dodge's late challenge caught a Real Vancouver Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gaskiers's goalkeeper Jarvis Robinson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
