Mckinley Edmondson kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Champagne in the 25th minute of play forced Gaskiers's goalkeeper Jarvis Robinson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jarvis Robinson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Champagne, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Darrick Rocher charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl Champagne made a kick off. In the 56thth minute of the game Philibert Lloyd who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Macklini's Arnoldo Courtois was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Philibert Lloyd sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Macklini's Arnoldo Courtois got control of the ball when Lindsay Figueroa tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Rodolphe Castaneda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The audience was convinced that Karl Champagne's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarvis Robinson was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Macklini's Wilmer Echeverri got a free kick in the 90th minute. Philibert Lloyd's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Courtois read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Macklini's Rodolphe Castaneda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jarvis Robinson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
