The tension between the Santos FC and the St.Mary players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jospeh Pelletier hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Jospeh Pelletier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hassan Talon having to make a save. After some careless play in the St.Mary defense, Nelson Harden kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hassan Talon. The St.Mary fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hassan Talon should have stopped the shot. 14 minutes into the match, Nelson Harden notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of St.Mary's Hassan Talon. Hassan Talon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, St.Mary's Lauren Hall got a free kick in the 19th minute. A collision led to St.Mary getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Eldridge Dorsey hit a great ball. Lonny Gaston was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jospeh Pelletier struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Hassan Talon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santos FC. In the 27th minute Ali Cherry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miles Burger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, St.Mary's goal looked a bit too open when Jospeh Pelletier came free, but Hassan Talon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, St.Mary's goalkeeper Hassan Talon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nelson Harden. Hassan Talon didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jospeh Pelletier to strike the kick off in the second half. When Hassan Deserres came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Santos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hassan Deserres couldn't finish the play. Hassan Talon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jospeh Pelletier in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to St.Mary getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Lauren Hall hit a great ball. In the 58th minute, Jospeh Pelletier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Ali Cherry struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Miles Burger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St.Mary. After having played for 68 minutes, Nelson Harden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelson Harden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nelson Harden sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jospeh Pelletier in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hassan Talon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hassan Talon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hassan Deserres in the 74th minute of play. Julio Altman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hassan Talon having to interfere. Hassan Talon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nelson Harden in the 79th minute of the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Nelson Harden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nelson Harden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Santos FC's Odell Chamberlain in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye St.Mary's goalie prevented a goal. 87 minutes into the match, St.Mary's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Harden came free, but Hassan Talon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Santos FC's Nelson Harden sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hassan Talon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Santos FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
