Coleman Kaiser sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute Edmond Carrasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renard Villarreal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dwight Guidry made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Ellis Crandall sent off a good shot on target. If Edmond Carrasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmond Carrasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dwight Guidry made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Ellis Crandall sent off a good shot on target. Ellis Crandall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Dwight Guidry tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dwight Guidry made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ellis Crandall in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Serge Gold during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Men in Tights getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Serge Gold hit a great ball. When Edmond Carrasco came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Langley FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmond Carrasco couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd match minute, Langley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duane Seymour to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Men in Tights's Dwight Guidry threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Raymundo Nunn, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Duane Seymour fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Langley FC's protests and gave Duane Seymour a yellow card for diving instead. Men in Tights's Ellis Crandall was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dwight Guidry in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. During the 45th minute of the match Serge Gold completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Serge Gold a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 46 played minutes Men in Tights got a freekick which was hit by Serge Gold. Russel Ewing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

After having played for 54 minutes, Coleman Kaiser managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Langley FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Coleman Kaiser was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Ellis Crandall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Donnell Mendoza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renard Villarreal didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 63rd minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. 66 minutes into the match, Men in Tights's goalkeeper Renard Villarreal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Russel Ewing. 67 minutes into the match, Men in Tights's Ellis Crandall sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dwight Guidry narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Men in Tights's Ellis Crandall got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Renard Villarreal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Russel Ewing in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Men in Tights's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Carrasco came free, but Renard Villarreal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Langley FC's Edmond Carrasco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Renard Villarreal. That made the score 0-2 after 80 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Langley FC's Duane Seymour got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 90 minutes into the match, Ellis Crandall notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Langley FC's Dwight Guidry. Dwight Guidry was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Russel Ewing got free with Renard Villarreal in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Russel Ewing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
