Renard Villarreal came out of the goal and Teddy Bernier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Men in Tights getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Donnell Mendoza hit a great ball. Renard Villarreal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teddy Bernier, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. When Reginald Dobson fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Men in Tights's protests and gave Reginald Dobson a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 played minutes Men in Tights got a freekick which was hit by Reginald Dobson. Harris Crain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Renard Villarreal. Men in Tights's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 15th minute, Tanner Stone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd match minute, Atnarko AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanner Stone to maneuver through the defense. Wilbert Berg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raymundo Nunn in the 28th minute of the match. Men in Tights's Raymundo Nunn got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute, Atnarko AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ellis Crandall fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Raymundo Nunn fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Tanner Stone made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Donnell Mendoza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Men in Tights's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donnell Mendoza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Ellis Crandall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ellis Crandall came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Men in Tights fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ellis Crandall couldn't finish the play. Raymundo Nunn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Wilbert Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Men in Tights's Wilfredo Storey got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raymundo Nunn in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilbert Berg saved Atnarko AFC from getting behind. Teddy Bernier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Villarreal having to interfere. Tanner Stone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Renard Villarreal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th match minute, Men in Tights was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Storey to maneuver through the defense. When Atnarko AFC's Teddy Bernier, in the 71st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Atnarko AFC. In a very dangerous position, a player in Men in Tights fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 74th minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Ellis Crandall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Men in Tights's supporters rose to their feet, but Ellis Crandall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilbert Berg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atnarko AFC's Wilbert Berg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ellis Crandall in the 88th minute of play. Tanner Stone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renard Villarreal having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Tanner Stone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Renard Villarreal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tanner Stone got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 96th match minute, Atnarko AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanner Stone to maneuver through the defense.
