Spectators: 7974 (Terracing: 5982, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Miguel Walton took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miguel Walton in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juste McClure saved Inuvik FC from getting behind. Jermaine Newman kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Inuvik FC's Juste McClure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Walton in the 6th minute of play. If Miguel Walton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Miguel Walton's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Juste McClure was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Juste McClure showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Walton in the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Inuvik FC's zone, Lance Holliday stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juste McClure came out of the goal and Lance Holliday tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloi Hines in the 22nd minute of play forced Bonarlaw's goalkeeper Rob Houston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Sergio Blackmon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Bonarlaw's Rob Houston got control of the ball when Jermaine Newman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ron Shoemaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd minute, Willard Booker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Walton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Juste McClure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute of the match Sergio Blackmon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juste McClure showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Rico Goodson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rob Houston saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Neville Davenport had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Bonarlaw's Lance Holliday got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loic Shields got free with Rob Houston in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bonarlaw's Rob Houston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eloi Hines in the 46th minute of play. Rob Houston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rico Goodson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rico Goodson to strike the kick off in the second half. Inuvik FC's Juste McClure played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Walton in the 54th minute of play. After 54 played minutes Inuvik FC got a freekick which was hit by Eloi Hines. The supporters of Inuvik FC booed when Bonarlaw was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergio Blackmon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th match minute, Inuvik FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rico Goodson to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Walton in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juste McClure prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, Inuvik FC's goalkeeper Juste McClure had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Walton. In the 72nd minute Rico Goodson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rob Houston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rob Houston showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loic Shields in the 73rd minute of the match. When Miguel Walton came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Bonarlaw fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Walton couldn't finish the play. Armand Oconnor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juste McClure having to interfere. Rob Houston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloi Hines in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neville Davenport in the 89th minute of play forced Bonarlaw's goalkeeper Rob Houston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jermaine Newman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Bonarlaw's goal looked a bit too open when Neville Davenport came free, but Rob Houston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Inuvik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Walton came free, but Juste McClure reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
