Juste McClure yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Jarrett McNamara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juste McClure having to interfere. Jarrett McNamara scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juste McClure, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 19th minute of the match Aldo Rochon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juste McClure skillfully saved the ball. Clark Goss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Neville Davenport in the 25th minute of the match. 2-1 became the score in the 27th minute when Neville Davenport elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jarrett McNamara managed to get in a good position for a shot. cemelin's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarrett McNamara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juste McClure breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Loic Shields charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Loic Shields the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Loic Shields kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. During the 36th minute of the match Loic Shields completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Loic Shields a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When Jarrett McNamara came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the cemelin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jarrett McNamara couldn't finish the play. If Jarrett McNamara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nathanial Walker to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Inuvik FC's zone, Jarrett McNamara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juste McClure came out of the goal and Jarrett McNamara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. cemelin's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. After having played for 98 minutes, Jarrett McNamara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. cemelin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarrett McNamara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. cemelin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
