A collision led to Bonarlaw getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Lance Holliday hit a great ball. Rob Houston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laverne Théberge in the 6th minute of play. Gonzalo German showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Walton in the 8th minute of the match. Miguel Walton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, MyLittleBuenosAires's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Miguel Walton fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ron Shoemaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, MyLittleBuenosAires's James Gant got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, MyLittleBuenosAires's Del Dubeau got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ron Shoemaker got free with Gonzalo German in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 played minutes Bonarlaw got a freekick which was hit by Lance Holliday. In the 40thth minute of the game Irwin Bryant who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bonarlaw's Rob Houston was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Walton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 46 minutes, Miguel Walton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bonarlaw's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Walton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Walton to make the kick off. Lance Holliday sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lance Holliday received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Gonzalo German tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lance Holliday had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th match minute, MyLittleBuenosAires was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Del Dubeau to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute, Miguel Walton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irwin Bryant in the 68th minute of play forced Bonarlaw's goalkeeper Rob Houston to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute, Van Abraham hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Isreal McManus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Van Abraham was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Prince Abraham from long distance, 82 minutes into the match, got Rob Houston's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ron Shoemaker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lance Holliday struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gonzalo German didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonarlaw. If Miguel Walton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bonarlaw's Lance Holliday got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
