Gonzalo German made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Max Larivière sent off a good shot on target. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by James Gant during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Torbay booed when MyLittleBuenosAires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. James Gant didn't get a good kick on the ball. Numbers Posey shot from long distance in the 10th minute, but Gonzalo German was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Erwin Dawkins struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Gonzalo German didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Torbay. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 45 played minutes MyLittleBuenosAires got a freekick which was hit by Del Dubeau.

After 56 minutes, Irvin Sandoval mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Torbay and the MyLittleBuenosAires players grew even worse after the yellow card.
