Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rico Goodson got the match started through his kick off. In the 8th minute, Barton Pierson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eloi Hines during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eloi Hines hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute of the match Shane Wynn shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juste McClure showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Inuvik FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Eloi Hines hit a great ball. Barton Pierson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Juste McClure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tufenkbros FC's Barton Pierson got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the game, Barton Pierson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juste McClure. Barton Pierson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Inuvik FC's Eloi Hines got his second yellow card of the match in the 28th minute. The referee ordered Eloi Hines off the ground. Barton Pierson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Juste McClure tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juste McClure showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barton Pierson, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Rico Goodson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inuvik FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rico Goodson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barton Pierson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neville Davenport got free with Mitchell Foley in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Loic Shields sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juste McClure made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barton Pierson in the 65th minute of play. Juste McClure took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shane Wynn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Barton Pierson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Tufenkbros FC's Mitchell Foley got control of the ball when Neville Davenport tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 89 minutes, Jose Fitch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tufenkbros FC and the Inuvik FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Inuvik FC booed when Tufenkbros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Fitch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Inuvik FC's Jermaine Newman shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 90th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mitchell Foley but with some difficulty. Rico Goodson kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Inuvik FC defense, Barton Pierson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juste McClure. The Inuvik FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juste McClure should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tufenkbros FC fully deserved thier win.
