Aurelio Darby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Connie McCann struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Malik Reese didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Keewatin. In the 38th minute, Omer Allaire hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malik Reese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Connie McCann in the 78th minute of play. Roman Eldridge took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Malik Reese. Dortmund FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Nicodème Field notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Dortmund FC's Malik Reese. Malik Reese was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Nicodème Field sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
