Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bruno Metz started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Bruno Metz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Metz in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonzo Arcouet saved SC Madoc from getting behind. When Savanne's Bruno Metz in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Madoc's goalie prevented a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Savanne's goalkeeper Mark Erickson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Querry. Patrick Baggett scored 1-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alonzo Arcouet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to SC Madoc getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Tracey Burr hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Madoc's zone, Bruno Metz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alonzo Arcouet came out of the goal and Bruno Metz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidro Hawley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hayden Harrison fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Arcouet having to interfere. Jamie Wiggins kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Michel Foster hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Hiram Hamm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Russell Beck in the 67th minute of play forced Savanne's goalkeeper Mark Erickson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute, Henry Vincent left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Madoc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Mark Erickson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Vincent, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Russell Beck during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Metz in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alonzo Arcouet saved SC Madoc from getting behind. In the 93rd minute, Hiram Hamm got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hayden Harrison took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alonzo Arcouet. Alonzo Arcouet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Savanne's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
