In the 14th minute, Keewatin's Aurelio Darby dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Armando Rochon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Dean's late challenge caught a Keewatin's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruben Dean helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Keewatin booed when Rouge Riviere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Dean didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rouge Riviere's Bradly Feldman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Rouge Riviere from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Keewatin getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Roman Eldridge hit a great ball. Bradly Feldman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Omer Allaire in the 32nd minute. A throw-in in the 33rd minute of the game was made by Jesus Cline with Connie McCann as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The wind increased when Armando Rochon made the kick off in the second half. When Lech Gdowski came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Rouge Riviere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lech Gdowski couldn't finish the play. 54 minutes into the game, Keewatin's Armando Rochon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bradly Feldman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 57th match minute, Keewatin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Fox to maneuver through the defense. Lech Gdowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arthur Vertefeuille came out and tried to block the shot, but Lech Gdowski slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute Armando Rochon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bradly Feldman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bradly Feldman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Darby in the 64th minute of the match. If Pons Powers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bradly Feldman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pons Powers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pons Powers in the 70th minute of play forced Rouge Riviere's goalkeeper Bradly Feldman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rouge Riviere's Bradly Feldman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Darby in the 71st minute of play. Bradly Feldman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pons Powers, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Rochon in the 74th minute of play forced Rouge Riviere's goalkeeper Bradly Feldman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bradly Feldman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Connie McCann, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 91st minute, Connie McCann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 92 played minutes Rouge Riviere got a freekick which was hit by Manny Erlich. Connie McCann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes, Carson Bellefeuille mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rouge Riviere and the Keewatin players grew even worse after the yellow card. There was no doubt that Keewatin were the better team. Keewatin's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
