Savanne's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Metz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Bruno Metz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Name's Robbie Huot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Robbie Huot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Metz, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Orlando Gunn took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robbie Huot. Robbie Huot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gerard Mock to make the kick off. Bruno Metz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robbie Huot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Savanne's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Mock came free, but Mark Erickson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Savanne were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
