Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Armando Rochon started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute of the match Miles Judd shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arthur Vertefeuille showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arthur Vertefeuille took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Houston Madden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristopher Faulk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Vertefeuille having to interfere. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Paris Saint-Germain's goalkeeper Josef Turcotte, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 16th minute, Aurelio Darby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pons Powers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Josef Turcotte made a huge save. After 19 minutes, Aurelio Darby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Keewatin and the Paris Saint-Germain players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aurelio Darby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Aurelio Darby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Paris Saint-Germain's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Armando Rochon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 42nd minute Armando Rochon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Josef Turcotte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pons Powers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Josef Turcotte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Issac Posey was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paris Saint-Germain's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Keewatin the free kick. After a rather tough play, Paris Saint-Germain's Issac Posey got a free kick in the 48th minute. Connie McCann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Turcotte having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mary Lapresse to strike the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes Paris Saint-Germain got a freekick which was hit by Issac Posey. Connie McCann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Connie McCann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristopher Faulk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Arthur Vertefeuille made a huge save. Arthur Vertefeuille took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mary Lapresse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 78 minutes, Mary Lapresse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paris Saint-Germain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mary Lapresse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Pons Powers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Josef Turcotte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Otha Hickey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paris Saint-Germain's supporters rose to their feet, but Otha Hickey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Vertefeuille breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Keewatin's Armando Rochon in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paris Saint-Germain's goalie prevented a goal. Josef Turcotte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Rochon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Keewatin had played much better football throughout.
