Spectators: 6500 (Terracing: 4875, Seating: 1495, VIP seats: 130) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mary Lapresse made the kick off which started today's match. Paris Saint-Germain's Kristopher Faulk got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Malik Reese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mary Lapresse in the 4th minute of play. Jacinto Malone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horace Pitts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Josef Turcotte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jacinto Malone went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Horace Pitts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Houston Madden in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malik Reese prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Horace Pitts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristopher Faulk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th match minute, Dortmund FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Gilbert to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute, Mary Lapresse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Malik Reese was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Horace Pitts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Horace Pitts made the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Malone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josef Turcotte having to interfere. After 55 minutes of play, Dortmund FC's Horace Pitts made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Josef Turcotte was left in no man's land by his defense there! Josef Turcotte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Malone in the 60th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Dortmund FC got a freekick which was hit by Lauren Purcell. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristopher Faulk got free with Malik Reese in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paris Saint-Germain's Josef Turcotte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacinto Malone in the 69th minute of play. Horace Pitts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 87 minutes, Mary Lapresse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paris Saint-Germain's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mary Lapresse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 90 played minutes Paris Saint-Germain got a freekick which was hit by Eugene Munson. 91 minutes into the match, Dortmund FC's Horace Pitts sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Josef Turcotte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Paris Saint-Germain defense, Jacinto Malone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Josef Turcotte. The Paris Saint-Germain fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Josef Turcotte should have stopped the shot. Dortmund FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Paris Saint-Germain for a fine match.
