Acácio Quirino came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Barcelone's Waldo Lanteigne. But to his dismay, Waldo Lanteigne quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 8th match minute, 416 AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robt Ballard to maneuver through the defense. Olen Atwood sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herschel Gallegos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Coyle, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Lamar Samuels notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Barcelone's Herschel Gallegos. Herschel Gallegos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Salvador Rose could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Acácio Quirino made a huge save. A collision led to 416 AFC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Paris Ryder hit a great ball. Herschel Gallegos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jessie Deschamps in the 22nd minute of play. Acácio Quirino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldo Lanteigne in the 23rd minute. 30 minutes into the match, Lamar Samuels notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Barcelone's Herschel Gallegos. Herschel Gallegos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to 416 AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Saul Esquivel hit a great ball. Herschel Gallegos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lamar Samuels in the 36th minute of play. Robt Ballard kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, 416 AFC's Olen Atwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Herschel Gallegos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The supporters of FC Barcelone booed when 416 AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Coyle didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dante Pritchett was the one to do the kick off. Herschel Gallegos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Coyle in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 58th play minute Lyndon Hamilton came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Herschel Gallegos. 1-4. 64 minutes into the match, FC Barcelone's goal looked a bit too open when Paris Ryder came free, but Herschel Gallegos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgardo Coyle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Herschel Gallegos made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FC Barcelone's Salvador Rose got a free kick in the 66th minute. Olen Atwood received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Herschel Gallegos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Lyndon Hamilton got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 74th minute, Paris Ryder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, 416 AFC's Edgardo Coyle dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. In the 83rd minute Edgardo Coyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herschel Gallegos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute, Lyndon Hamilton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Jessie Deschamps got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 416 AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
