Austin Elliot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Inter Toronto's Lincoln McKinney got a free kick in the 12th minute. Thomas Waters could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Willard Priest made a huge save. Nick Chaney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Willard Priest tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Austin Elliot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lincoln McKinney went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Lincoln McKinney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Matt Hull's late challenge caught a Inter Toronto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matt Hull helped the player get up and apologised. Matt Hull kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Austin Elliot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Théophile Oneal's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Inter Toronto's Lincoln McKinney got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Willard Priest came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Football Masters's Thomas Waters. But to his dismay, Thomas Waters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 36th minute, Thomas Waters left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Football Masters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. If Théophile Oneal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Théophile Oneal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Austin Elliot having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Théophile Oneal to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Football Masters's goalkeeper Austin Elliot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Théophile Oneal. Inter Toronto's Willard Priest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damon Quessy in the 65th minute of play. Théophile Oneal did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Austin Elliot 66 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Antwan Saunders hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Lincoln McKinney managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inter Toronto's supporters rose to their feet, but Lincoln McKinney was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Austin Elliot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute Thomas Waters shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Willard Priest saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoper Lovell in the 91st minute of play forced Inter Toronto's goalkeeper Willard Priest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matt Hull was shown his second yellow card after 93 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 94 played minutes Football Masters got a freekick which was hit by Matt Hull. Football Masters succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Inter Toronto had controlled the match.
