Pedro Buckner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Wilson Meyers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Andres Michael took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Wilson Meyers to make any attempt to save it. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo Christie to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot by César Burr from long distance, 52 minutes into the match, got Russel Root's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 53 minutes of play, Beast FC's Wally Starr made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wilson Meyers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wilson Meyers stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedro Buckner's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Christie in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilson Meyers saved Canuck from getting behind. The supporters of Beast FC booed when Canuck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Burr didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Ricardo Christie managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beast FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ricardo Christie was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wilson Meyers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pedro Buckner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilson Meyers read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Beast FC got a freekick which was hit by Wally Starr. Beast FC's Russel Root played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrich Marcum in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Michael in the 78th minute of play forced Canuck's goalkeeper Wilson Meyers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Beast FC's Russel Root proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Beast FC from getting a goal against them. Myles Gladu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Wilson Meyers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Canuck got a freekick which was hit by Daron Bruno. Wilson Meyers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andres Michael, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Canuck's goal looked a bit too open when Dean Jamison came free, but Wilson Meyers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
