Esmé Deblois helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Zabadak getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Esmé Deblois hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jere Pruitt got free with Octavio Kelley in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octavio Kelley made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Jere Pruitt sent off a good shot on target. Hugues Dupont hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. The supporters of Special Forces booed when Zabadak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daron Cornett didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Duane Bliss managed to get in a good position for a shot. Special Forces's supporters rose to their feet, but Duane Bliss was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Kelley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Zabadak's Octavio Kelley got control of the ball when Jere Pruitt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Zabadak's goalkeeper Octavio Kelley, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Special Forces's zone, Cecil Michaud stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eli Lauzier came out of the goal and Cecil Michaud tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Jere Pruitt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zabadak's Octavio Kelley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 60 minutes of play, Zabadak's Cecil Michaud made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eli Lauzier was left in no man's land by his defense there! Special Forces's Eli Lauzier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Special Forces from getting a goal against them. If Cecil Michaud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octavio Kelley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jere Pruitt, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Octavio Kelley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Whaley in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Zabadak's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Whaley came free, but Octavio Kelley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Special Forces's supporters rose to their feet, but Jere Pruitt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octavio Kelley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jere Pruitt came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Special Forces fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jere Pruitt couldn't finish the play.
