Seating: 1870, VIP seats: 160) Craigmyle's Merle Reyna started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, Merle Reyna notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Special Forces's Eli Lauzier. Eli Lauzier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 8 in the game by Jere Pruitt from a close distance when the talented Ned Fontaine managed to make a qualified save. Craigmyle's players were relieved. Craigmyle's Ned Fontaine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jere Pruitt in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the game, Everett Sosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Craigmyle's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Special Forces the free kick. In the 14th match minute, Craigmyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everett Sosa to maneuver through the defense. Jere Pruitts short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Ned Fontaine to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Eugène Becker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Ned Fontaine made a huge save. Ned Fontaine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Whaley in the 19th minute of the match. Eli Lauzier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everett Sosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Everett Sosa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eli Lauzier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute, Juan Cole left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Craigmyle fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. 27 minutes into the match, Juan Cole had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eli Lauzier. Special Forces's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Cole was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Eli Lauzier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everett Sosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 36th match minute, Special Forces was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugues Dupont to maneuver through the defense. When Ahmed Matson fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Craigmyle's protests and gave Ahmed Matson a yellow card for diving instead. If Eugène Becker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eli Lauzier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Merle Reyna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jere Pruitt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ned Fontaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jere Pruitt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Juan Cole kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Dion Carignan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. The supporters of Special Forces booed when Craigmyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Cole didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jere Pruitt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Ned Fontaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ned Fontaine showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Whaley in the 65th minute of the match. Special Forces's Eli Lauzier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Special Forces from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Cole in the 76th minute of play forced Special Forces's goalkeeper Eli Lauzier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everett Sosa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Léonard Morales charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Léonard Morales the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Craigmyle's Léonard Morales got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Special Forces's goal looked a bit too open when Ray Murray came free, but Eli Lauzier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Special Forces's Eli Lauzier got control of the ball when Everett Sosa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eli Lauzier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Everett Sosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Special Forces's goal looked a bit too open when Everett Sosa came free, but Eli Lauzier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jere Pruitt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Special Forces supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Craigmyle's performance. The match ended with a win for Craigmyle.
