Seating: 1836, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Esmé Deblois made the kick off which started today's match. Doug Kerr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esmé Deblois, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cecil Michaud blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doug Kerr having to make a save. Doug Kerr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esmé Deblois, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. If Homer Primeau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ricky Mackey came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Sicamous fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricky Mackey couldn't finish the play. Homer Primeau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Kelley having to interfere. Doug Kerr took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esmé Deblois, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Esmé Deblois put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Doug Kerr. Octavio Kelley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Homer Primeau, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After a rather tough play, Zabadak's Peter Galloway got a free kick in the 42nd minute. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Ricky Mackey put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Octavio Kelley. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricky Mackey to make the kick off. Homer Primeau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Octavio Kelley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricky Mackey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Kelley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Micah Pollard kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Léon Greenberg sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Zabadak's Octavio Kelley didn't even have to move. Doug Kerr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esmé Deblois in the 59th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Zabadak's Esmé Deblois nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doug Kerr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Cecil Michaud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doug Kerr read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Cecil Michaud shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doug Kerr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Zabadak getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Waylon Mitchell hit a great ball. The supporters of Zabadak booed when Sicamous was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dwight Jeffries didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Ricky Mackey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Kelley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Peter Galloway hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doug Kerr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecil Michaud, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. 87 minutes into the game, Zabadak's Cecil Michaud nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doug Kerr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 91st minute Ricky Mackey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Kelley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otto Robillard kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zabadak fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sicamous had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
