Spectators: 8001 (Terracing: 6002, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jere Pruitt kicked off to start the match. Rainier Drouin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Isreal Jarvis. Eli Lauzier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Margarito Hicks went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 10 minutes into the match, Special Forces's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Connors came free, but Eli Lauzier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Jere Pruitt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venice's Rainier Drouin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jere Pruitt's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Rainier Drouin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rainier Drouin made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jere Pruitt sent off a good shot on target. In the 17th minute Bryan DeGrasse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eli Lauzier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes, Santiago Gingras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venice and the Special Forces players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 18 played minutes Venice got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Gingras. When Special Forces's Jere Pruitt in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venice's goalie prevented a goal. 20 minutes into the game, Ed Stephens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Special Forces the free kick. Bryan DeGrasse charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bryan DeGrasse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Special Forces booed when Venice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bryan DeGrasse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jere Pruitt in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rainier Drouin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jerrell Negron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rainier Drouin having to interfere. The supporters of Venice booed when Special Forces was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duane Bliss didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Ed Stephens cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eli Lauzier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 31st minute Luis Connors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eli Lauzier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Venice's Margarito Hicks made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eli Lauzier was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 36 minutes of play Venice's Bryan DeGrasse was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Venice's Bryan DeGrasse got a free kick in the 37th minute. Jere Pruitt struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Rainier Drouin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Special Forces. If Jerrell Negron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jere Pruitt in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rainier Drouin saved Venice from getting behind. The supporters of Special Forces booed when Venice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Margarito Hicks didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ed Stephens to strike the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Jere Pruitt sped through Venice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rainier Drouin. Arnaud Finney hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Venice defense, Jere Pruitt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rainier Drouin. The Venice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rainier Drouin should have stopped the shot. 69 minutes into the match, Special Forces's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Connors came free, but Eli Lauzier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Special Forces's Jere Pruitt got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rainier Drouin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jere Pruitt's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. A collision led to Venice getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ed Stephens hit a great ball. Rainier Drouin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Whaley in the 86th minute of the match. In the 90thth minute of the game Jere Pruitt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venice's Rainier Drouin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jere Pruitt in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rainier Drouin prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
