Ollie Cross kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Telesphore Tessier in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bobbie Ludwig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bobbie Ludwig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Telesphore Tessier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th match minute, Lashburn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Wright to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Lashburn's goal looked a bit too open when Telesphore Tessier came free, but Bobbie Ludwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Johnson Traylor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26thth minute of the game Johnson Traylor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Markland Legends FC's Bedirhan Pekgozlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Johnson Traylor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bedirhan Pekgozlu. Markland Legends FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johnson Traylor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The supporters of Lashburn booed when Markland Legends FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Geiger didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th play minute Heriberto Lacey came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bobbie Ludwig. 1-1. In the 39th minute Drew Quick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedirhan Pekgozlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 played minutes Lashburn got a freekick which was hit by Grégoire Acosta. After a defensive mix-up in Markland Legends FC's zone, Drew Quick stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedirhan Pekgozlu came out of the goal and Drew Quick tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Telesphore Tessier was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Lashburn's goal looked a bit too open when Ollie Cross came free, but Bobbie Ludwig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 53 minutes of play, Markland Legends FC's Heriberto Lacey made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bobbie Ludwig was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Johnson Traylor in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bedirhan Pekgozlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grégoire Acosta kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Drew Quick struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Bedirhan Pekgozlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lashburn. 64 minutes into the match, Markland Legends FC's goalkeeper Bedirhan Pekgozlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Drew Quick. In the 70th minute, Telesphore Tessier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Markland Legends FC booed when Lashburn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugues Westbrook didn't get a good kick on the ball. Heriberto Lacey scored 3-1 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bobbie Ludwig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heriberto Lacey in the 90th minute of play forced Lashburn's goalkeeper Bobbie Ludwig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Heriberto Lacey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Bobbie Ludwig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Markland Legends FC booed when Lashburn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grégoire Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lashburn players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Markland Legends FC.
