Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Preston Phillips showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johnson Traylor in the 3rd minute of the match. Hercule Deleon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Johnson Traylor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Preston Phillips was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. In the 17th minute Johnson Traylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Preston Phillips saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Drew Quick had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johnson Traylor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Preston Phillips having to make a save. In the 28th match minute, Laval Canadians was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamaal McIntyre to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute, Drew Quick made a precise shot to the right of Preston Phillips. Laval Canadians's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Drew Quick sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Drew Quick in the 43rd minute of play forced Laval Canadians's goalkeeper Preston Phillips to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hercule Deleon made a kick off. With a little luck, Laval Canadians's Preston Phillips got control of the ball when Johnson Traylor tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Laval Canadians getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Darren Aupry hit a great ball. Lashburn's Johnson Traylor got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the game, Darren Aupry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Laval Canadians's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lashburn the free kick. In the 54th minute, Darren Aupry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 57 minutes, Gail Cyr mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laval Canadians and the Lashburn players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lashburn's Drew Quick got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Johnson Traylor put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Preston Phillips. Darren Aupry was shown his second yellow card after 68 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Darren Aupry kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Preston Phillips was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jewel Medley. 72 minutes into the match, Lashburn's Jewel Medley broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Drew Quick came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Lashburn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Drew Quick couldn't finish the play. After 85 minutes, Hugues Westbrook mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lashburn and the Laval Canadians players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Lashburn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugues Westbrook to maneuver through the defense. After 88 minutes Lashburn's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Terry Vachon who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Terry Vachon got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bobbie Ludwig quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Drew Quick in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Preston Phillips, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 92 minutes in the game, Drew Quick fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Preston Phillips having to interfere. Johnson Traylor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 98th minute, Drew Quick reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Preston Phillips. The goal made the score 0-5.
