Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eric Busque in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grégoire Duranseau prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Eastmain's zone, Eric Busque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Grégoire Duranseau came out of the goal and Eric Busque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ramon Rodgers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Eric Busque managed to get in a good position for a shot. McLennan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eric Busque was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Grégoire Duranseau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edmund Epps showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Henry, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Woodrow Jeffers during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 15 played minutes Eastmain got a freekick which was hit by Woodrow Jeffers. 16 minutes into the game, Jorge Pomerleau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Eastmain's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave McLennan FC the free kick. McLennan FC's Arlie Valencia couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 17th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Eastmain. Jorge Pomerleau hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Eric Busque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Grégoire Duranseau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramon Rodgers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Grégoire Duranseau made a huge save. Woodrow Jeffers was shown his second yellow card after 27 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of McLennan FC booed when Eastmain was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Woodrow Jeffers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Eastmain got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Henry. In the 35th minute, Arlie Valencia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Eastmain's Grégoire Duranseau didn't even have to move. Grégoire Duranseau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Busque, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Ramon Rodgers got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 57 minutes of play, McLennan FC's Eric Busque made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Grégoire Duranseau was left in no man's land by his defense there! Clarence Croquetaigne kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Edmund Epps made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Wilton Lambert sent off a good shot on target. Wilton Lambert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Edmund Epps made a huge save. With a little luck, McLennan FC's Edmund Epps got control of the ball when Wilton Lambert tried to sneak it across the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, McLennan FC's goalkeeper Edmund Epps had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilton Lambert.
