Pedro Teague kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Chi Lemieux's late challenge caught a Connaught's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chi Lemieux helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Bouchard FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Chi Lemieux hit a great ball. 43 minutes into the game, one of Bouchard FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cameron Grossman was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Phillip Bradshaw mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Connaught and the Bouchard FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Benoit Rowan came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Bouchard FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benoit Rowan couldn't finish the play. Bouchard FC's Gonzalo Duplanty got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 57 minutes into the game, Connaught's Bryce Baum nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edwin Russo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. When Phillip Bradshaw was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. Connaught's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Gonzalo Duplanty scored to the left of an out of position Efrain Veilleux, making the score, 2-1. Bouchard FC's Pedro Teague got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Pedro Teague off the ground. Pedro Teague hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Edwin Russo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bryce Baum's shot from short distance in the 69th minute.
