Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bradford Labrecque took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Springer in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guy Carrier saved Kenora from getting behind. Guy Carrier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bradford Labrecque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th match minute, Kenora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gregorio Childers to maneuver through the defense. Guy Carrier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bradford Labrecque's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Raleigh Desruisseaux who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kenora's Guy Carrier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Guy Carrier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Hatcher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bradford Labrecque sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Kenora getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Garret Muniz hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Masson FC's Raleigh Desruisseaux sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guy Carrier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Morris Romo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Morris Romo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Josue Howe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reggie Houston saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josue Howe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Josue Howe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Reggie Houston was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bradford Labrecque's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Guy Carrier skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 57th minute, Gregorio Childers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Noe Dozier charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noe Dozier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Masson FC booed when Kenora was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Noe Dozier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guy Carrier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradford Labrecque in the 63rd minute of play. After 65 minutes, Morris Romo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kenora and the Masson FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Kenora got a freekick which was hit by Morris Romo. In the 69th match minute, Kenora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lenard Harrison to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Kenora's goalkeeper Guy Carrier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raleigh Desruisseaux. Walton Miles was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. The referee gave Kenora a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Werner Savage, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Masson FC's Reggie Houston. 2-0. The supporters of Kenora booed when Masson FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Hatcher didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reggie Houston stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josue Howe's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Vincent Shipley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raleigh Desruisseaux came free with the goalkeeper in the 86th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Guy Carrier could save by the left post. Raleigh Desruisseaux recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Kenora's Guy Carrier got control of the ball when Raleigh Desruisseaux tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Kenora's zone, Raleigh Desruisseaux stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guy Carrier came out of the goal and Raleigh Desruisseaux tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Josue Howe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reggie Houston having to interfere. After having played for 96 minutes, Raleigh Desruisseaux managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Masson FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raleigh Desruisseaux was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kenora players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
