Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Kent Burton took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Masson FC's goalkeeper Reggie Houston, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ronald Duncan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reggie Houston having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Modesto Springer during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Masson FC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Modesto Springer hit a great ball. In the 9th match minute, Masson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Springer to maneuver through the defense. In the 11th minute Bradford Labrecque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rocco Herndon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bradford Labrecque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rocco Herndon having to interfere. After having played for 17 minutes, Marcus Bisaillon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WELKÖNNEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcus Bisaillon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute, Paul Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reggie Houston showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kent Burton, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Masson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kent Burton came free, but Reggie Houston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Kent Burton put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Reggie Houston. Raleigh Desruisseaux sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Kent Burton put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Reggie Houston. After 37 minutes, Kent Burton made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Masson FC's Reggie Houston tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Kent Burton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Masson FC's zone, Ronald Duncan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reggie Houston came out of the goal and Ronald Duncan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half WELKÖNNEN were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Bradford Labrecque made the kick off in the second half. WELKÖNNEN's attentive Ronald Duncan managed to snatch the ball when Paul Ferreira made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Kent Burton managed to get in a good position for a shot. WELKÖNNEN's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Burton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reggie Houston breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 56 minutes, Kent Burton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. WELKÖNNEN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kent Burton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ronald Duncan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kent Burton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Walton Miles hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Kent Burton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Reggie Houston tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ronald Duncan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ezequiel Akers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kent Burton in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reggie Houston prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Modesto Springer was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. In the 89th match minute, Masson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Springer to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, WELKÖNNEN's Pablo Therriault got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 92nd match minute, Masson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Hatcher to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Masson FC's Reggie Houston got control of the ball when Kent Burton tried to sneak it across the goal line. WELKÖNNEN's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
