Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Josue Howe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cole Christiansen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guy Carrier having to interfere. Joseph Lacharité's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robt Lachapelle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. After some careless play in the Kenora defense, Cole Christiansen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guy Carrier. The Kenora fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guy Carrier should have stopped the shot. Guy Carrier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cole Christiansen in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Josue Howe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kenora's supporters rose to their feet, but Josue Howe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robt Lachapelle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Larry Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the BrVan defense, Joseph Lacharité kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Robt Lachapelle. The BrVan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Robt Lachapelle should have stopped the shot. Joseph Lacharité could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Robt Lachapelle made a huge save. Larry Silva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guy Carrier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. In the 45th match minute, BrVan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Galen Bender to maneuver through the defense. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When BrVan's Cristopher Lyon in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kenora's goalie prevented a goal. When Cole Christiansen came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the BrVan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cole Christiansen couldn't finish the play. Gregorio Childers charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gregorio Childers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Gregorio Childers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cole Christiansen struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Guy Carrier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BrVan. Adrian Davis charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Davis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 61 minutes into the match, BrVan's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Lacharité came free, but Robt Lachapelle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cole Christiansen was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 67th minute. BrVan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Larry Silva got free with Guy Carrier in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Larry Silva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Guy Carrier made a huge save. Cole Christiansen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Guy Carrier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cole Christiansen in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guy Carrier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guy Carrier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Larry Silva in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Galen Bender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
