Lambert McDermott started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Rolf Dudley notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Waterloo Warriors's Norman Dumas. Norman Dumas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With an all-out effort, Aicy AFC's Norman Dumas threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Renard Wilson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lambert McDermott in the 18th minute of play forced Aicy AFC's goalkeeper Emery Stokes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th match minute, Aicy AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robin Neal to maneuver through the defense. Aicy AFC's Emery Stokes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Currie in the 20th minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aicy AFC's goalkeeper Emery Stokes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Marcel Currie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lambert McDermott in the 31st minute of play forced Aicy AFC's goalkeeper Emery Stokes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orville Staton's late challenge caught a Waterloo Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Orville Staton helped the player get up and apologised. If Marcel Currie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lambert McDermott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emery Stokes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Currie in the 51st minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Renard Wilson to make the kick off. Norman Dumas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolf Dudley in the 57th minute of play. Norman Dumas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renard Wilson in the 64th minute of the match. Brant Godfrey charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Brant Godfrey the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Aicy AFC's Brant Godfrey got a free kick in the 65th minute. If Marcel Currie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lambert McDermott sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 74 minutes, Robin Neal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aicy AFC and the Waterloo Warriors players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, Robin Neal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 77 minutes, Marcel Currie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Waterloo Warriors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcel Currie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emery Stokes made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Marcel Currie sent off a good shot on target. Merlin Lockett kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Lambert McDermott recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Aicy AFC's Robin Neal got a free kick in the 89th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Waterloo Warriors's Dylan Castillo tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Lambert McDermott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emery Stokes having to interfere. In the 98th minute, Rolf Dudley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolf Dudley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
