Cole Christiansen started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Cole Christiansen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Irvin Nguyen hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. If Casey Locke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristopher Lyon hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the match, Kingdom come's Reuben Cartwright sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robt Lachapelle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cole Christiansen struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Allan Dickens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BrVan. Larry Silva hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The supporters of BrVan booed when Kingdom come was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clarence Sullivan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cole Christiansen was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. BrVan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Allan Dickens made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Larry Silva sent off a good shot on target. Kingdom come's Allan Dickens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Kingdom come from getting a goal against them. Allan Dickens was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adrian Davis. Larry Silva who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Allan Dickens when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Reuben Cartwright made the kick off in the second half. BrVan's Cristopher Lyon got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Cole Christiansen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Reuben Cartwright got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Cole Christiansen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Dickens having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Cole Christiansen put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Allan Dickens. Allan Dickens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larry Silva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 74 minutes, Irving Prater mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kingdom come and the BrVan players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 74 played minutes Kingdom come got a freekick which was hit by Irving Prater. Reuben Cartwright sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 78 played minutes Kingdom come got a freekick which was hit by Clarence Sullivan. Allan Dickens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cole Christiansen in the 81st minute of the match. Robt Lachapelle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Casey Locke in the 83rd minute. Allan Dickens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cole Christiansen's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. After 93 played minutes Kingdom come got a freekick which was hit by Reuben Cartwright. When BrVan's Cole Christiansen in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kingdom come's goalie prevented a goal. Allan Dickens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Larry Silva in the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. BrVan had played much better football throughout.
